Onze klant is een toonaangevende organisatie gespecialiseerd in bijstandsverlening in binnen- en buitenland. Het Assistance Center is 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen per week bereikbaar om klanten te ondersteunen bij medische noodgevallen tijdens hun verblijf in het buitenland.

Als Dossierbeheerder – Medische Bijstandsverlener maak je deel uit van het Medical Back Office en bied je ondersteuning aan klanten die geconfronteerd worden met ziekte, een ongeval of een hospitalisatie in het buitenland. Dankzij een grondige opleiding groei je uit tot een expert in medische bijstand en draag je dagelijks bij aan het welzijn van klanten in uitdagende situaties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die medische bijstand nodig hebben. Je beheert en volgt medische bijstandsdossiers nauwgezet op in samenwerking met de aanwezige arts. Je verzamelt alle noodzakelijke informatie bij klanten, ziekenhuizen en externe partners om dossiers volledig en correct af te handelen. Je organiseert medische repatriëringen in samenwerking met je collega's en verschillende internationale partners. Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging en houdt alle betrokken partijen op de hoogte.

  • Ben jij de collega die wij zoeken? Je bent empathisch, klantgericht en haalt voldoening uit het helpen van mensen. Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van een extra taal is een mooie troef. Je beschikt over enkele jaren relevante ervaring als dossierbeheerder of binnen de bijstandsverlening. Je blijft rustig en efficiënt werken tijdens drukke of stressvolle momenten. Je denkt oplossingsgericht en weet klanten op een professionele en geruststellende manier te begeleiden. Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en voelt je comfortabel bij intensief telefonisch contact met klanten, ziekenhuizen en externe partners. Je werkt graag in een internationale en multiculturele omgeving. Je bent bereid te werken in een variabel uurrooster van maandag tot en met zondag tussen 7.30 uur en 23.00 uur. Een FSMA-certificaat is een pluspunt.
