📊 Jouw dag als Senior Accountant / Dossierbeheerder In deze rol ben je veel meer dan een dossierbeheerder; je bent het strategische klankbord van jouw klanten. Jouw dag is gevuld met variatie en verantwoordelijkheid:

  • Relatiebeheer & Netwerken: Je beheert een uitgebreide portefeuille van diverse klantendossiers en fungeert als hun eerste aanspreekpunt.
  • Proactief Advies: Je kijkt verder dan de balans. Je denkt mee met de klant, analyseert de cijfers en vormt een onderbouwde visie over de beste fiscale en financiële strategie voor hun zaak.
  • Expertise in Actie: Je duikt in complexe accountancy- en fiscale vraagstukken en zorgt dat elk dossier tot in de puntjes in orde is.
  • Teamcoaching: Je neemt de touwtjes in handen en werkt nauw samen met de junior collega's. Je deelt jouw kennis en helpt hen groeien in het vak.
  • Digitalisering: Je maakt optimaal gebruik van hedendaagse digitale tools om processen efficiënt en vlot te laten verlopen.

🎯 Wie ben jij? Je bent een cijfermatig talent met een commerciële flair en een grote passie voor de KMO-sector. Verder vink je de volgende zaken af:

  • Je hebt een Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een Master in een economische richting op zak.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een accountantskantoor; de wereld van de KMO heeft voor jou geen geheimen.
  • Je bent een geboren adviseur die complexe materie helder kan overbrengen aan klanten.
  • Je bent leergierig, werkt graag in teamverband en houdt je vakkennis continu up-to-date.
