Jij bent analytisch sterk, je werkt graag zelfstandig en je houdt van afwisseling? Dan ben jij misschien de dossierbeheerder die wij zoeken!

Je bent sterk met cijfers, legt vlot verbanden en kent je weg in Excel. Met jouw logisch en oplossingsgericht denkvermogen werk je nauwkeurig en klantgericht, neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers en zorg je samen met je collega’s voor een correcte en vlotte afhandeling.

In deze veelzijdige functie werk je niet volgens een vast stramien. Je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende opdrachten en weet binnen je takenpakket zelf in te schatten waar jouw ondersteuning het meest nodig is. De ene dag beoordeel en valideer je dossiers rond Oog voor Lekkers (het schoolprogramma voor gezonde tussendoortjes), de andere dag analyseer je projectoproepen en controleer je subsidiedossiers (bv in het kader van het bijenteelt programma). Daarnaast zal je flexibel inspringen bij teams of diensten waar de werkdruk (tijdelijk) hoog is.

Je behandelt complexe subsidiedossiers waarbij je alle ingediende bewijsstukken en de berekeningen verifieert en vervolgens linkt met het aangevraagde steunbedrag. Je identificeert ontbrekende bewijsstukken en probeert het dossier te vervolledigen.

Voor het schoolprogramma behandel je samen met je collega's de steunaanvragen, gaat hierover in overleg en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers uiteindelijk correct en kwalitatief worden afgewerkt. Je verifieert nauwkeuring en valideert daarna de (automatische) steunberekeningen en doet een statische analyse van resultaten.
