The posting

Als dossierbeheerder payroll ben je verantwoordelijk voor een nauwkeurige en tijdige verwerking van de contract- en loonadministratie voor onze contractuele medewerkers. Je werkt in een team met 13 collega's en rapporteert aan de payroll administration manager. Je taken omvatten onder meer:

- Zelfstandig beheren van de jouw toegewezen dossiers van A tot Z - Beheren en verwerken van contractadministratie, nieuwe werknemers informeren en hun integratie bevorderen, alsook het opvolgen van interne verschuivingen, overplaatsingen,… - Samen met het sociaal secretariaat sta je in voor een correcte en tijdige loonadministratie. - Opvolgen van het urenregistratiesysteem en verwerken van alle wijzigingen die invloed hebben op de planningstool. - Communiceren van relevante wijzigingen aan leidinggevenden over hun medewerkers. - Aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden voor vragen rond tijdsbeheer, tijdskrediet, sociale wetgeving, specifieke kenmerken van de organisatie, ... - Beheren van de administratieve opvolging en afhandeling van formulieren tussen verschillende instanties (zoals mutualiteit, RVA,…) met het oog op een correcte loonverwerking. - Meewerken aan procesverbeteringen (bv. digitalisering van het personeelsdossier, procesoptimalisatie, kennisdeling, Customer Excellence Management,…).

Opmerking: Locatie en uurregeling kunnen wijzigen in functie van de dienstnoodwendigheden.

- Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelordiploma in een mensgerichte richting (bv. sociaal werk optie personeelswerk, rechtspraktijk, …). - Ervaring in alle aspecten van payroll is onmisbaar voor deze functie. - Je kent de actuele sociale wetgeving en bent bereid je hierin verder te verdiepen. - Je bent klantgericht en hecht veel belang aan open communicatie. - Je bent administratief sterk, werkt heel nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail. Je kan je werk op een efficiënte manier organiseren. - Je bent integer en discreet in het omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie en personeelsgegevens. - Je kan constructief samenwerken in een team. - Je hebt een degelijke kennis van de Officepakketten.
