Als schadebeheerder neem je zelfstandig een portefeuille van schadedossiers voor je rekening.

Je staat in voor:

  • Het analyseren en beoordelen van schadedossiers.
  • Het onderhandelen met tegenpartijen en betrokken partijen.
  • Het begeleiden van verzekerden en makelaars gedurende het volledige dossierverloop.
  • De administratieve en inhoudelijke opvolging van dossiers.
  • Het behandelen van dossiers waarbij Belgische verzekerden schade hebben geleden in het buitenland of buitenlandse verzekerden schade hebben in België.

Je profiel:

Je bent een mature professional die graag inhoudelijk werkt en energie haalt uit een correcte dossierbehandeling.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen schadebeheer.
  • Ervaring binnen de verzekeringssector, een makelaarskantoor of verzekeringsagentschap.
  • Kennis van verzekeringen autoschade
  • Een analytische mindset en oog voor detail.
  • Sterke administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en prioriteiten te beheren.
  • Een rustige en professionele communicatiestijl.
  • Talenkennis: Goede kennis van het Nederlands, professioneel taalgebruik in het Frans & Engels
