Jobomschrijving

Als Dossierbeheerder in ons splinternieuwe Slitting Center ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige en correcte administratieve opvolging van dossiers rond de aan- en afvoer, verwerking en verzending van coils. Je zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve workflow tussen interne afdelingen, planners en operationele teams. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige dossierbeheer draag je actief bij aan de efficiënte werking van het centrum.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Aanmaken, opvolgen en finaliseren van dossiers voor inkomende en uitgaande coils
  • Controleren van vrachtbrieven, orderbonnen, certificaten en andere transport- en productdocumenten
  • Correct registreren en up-to-date houden van gegevens in logistieke systemen
  • Opmaken van rapportages, productieoverzichten en kwaliteitsdocumenten
  • Administratieve ondersteuning van de planning van slit-orders, transporten en opslag
  • Toezien op een correcte overdracht van orders en snij-instructies naar operations
  • Tijdig en correct aanleveren van documenten zoals CMR’s, paklijsten, coilspecificaties en laadattesten
  • Actief meedenken bij afwijkingen, onvolledige informatie of wijzigingen in orders
  • Bijdragen aan het naleven van interne procedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften

Voor de functie van Dossierbeheerder Slitting Center zoekt onze klant onderstaand profiel:

  • Diploma secundair of hoger onderwijs, bij voorkeur in Logistiek Management, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minimaal 3–5 jaar ervaring in de logistieke sector, bij voorkeur met staal import/export administratie en dossiers
  • Ervaring met logistieke administratie en dossierbeheer
  • Communicatief sterk en administratief zeer nauwkeurig
  • Flexibele mindset, in staat prioriteiten te stellen en deadlines te halen in een dynamische omgeving
  • Interesse in de staalsector, logistiek en havenactiviteiten
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands; praktische kennis van Engels en Frans
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en vlot in het aanleren van bedrijfseigen software
  • Milieu- en veiligheidsbewust
