Je komt terecht bij een onafhankelijk verzekeringskantoor dat zowel particulieren als zelfstandigen en bedrijven begeleidt. De dienstverlening gaat verder dan enkel verzekeringen: klanten kunnen er ook terecht voor onder meer spaar- en beleggingsproducten en kredietoplossingen.

Als onafhankelijke makelaar wordt er met verschillende verzekeringsmaatschappijen samengewerkt. Daardoor vertrek je vanuit de situatie en behoeften van de klant en ga je op zoek naar een oplossing die daarbij aansluit.

Binnen het kantoor wordt sterk ingezet op een persoonlijke dienstverlening. Klanten krijgen een vast aanspreekpunt en worden ook bij schade of andere vragen verder begeleid. Permanente opleiding en productkennis zijn belangrijk om klanten correct te kunnen adviseren.

Jobomschrijving

Als dossierbeheerder verzekeringen neem je verantwoordelijkheid over een eigen klantenportefeuille.

  • Je beheert verzekeringsdossiers van zelfstandigen en KMO's van A tot Z.
  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie met hen op.
  • Je analyseert hun verzekeringsbehoeften en brengt risico's en opportuniteiten in kaart.
  • Je vraagt offertes op bij verschillende verzekeringsmaatschappijen en vergelijkt de mogelijkheden.
  • Je maakt offertes op maat en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van polissen en wijzigingen.
  • Je geeft klanten duidelijke uitleg en onderbouwd advies over hun verzekeringen.
  • Je volgt aanvragen, vragen en problemen nauwgezet op en houdt klanten op de hoogte.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met verzekeringsmaatschappijen en onderhandelt waar nodig over de beste oplossing.
  • Je denkt mee na over optimalisaties binnen bestaande klantendossiers.
  • Je signaleert opportuniteiten bij klanten en bekijkt samen met je collega's hoe je hierop kunt inspelen.
  • Je draagt mee bij aan de verdere groei en professionalisering van het kantoor.

Je krijgt bovendien de kans om je verder te verdiepen in specifieke verzekeringsproducten en niches. Opleiding en permanente bijscholing maken deel uit van de functie.

We zoeken vooral iemand die klanten centraal zet en graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in een financiële of verzekeringsgerichte richting.
  • Ervaring binnen verzekeringen is een plus, maar ook schoolverlaters met de juiste ingesteldheid komen in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt een oprechte interesse in verzekeringen en bent nieuwsgierig om je productkennis verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en hebt administratief sterk in de vingers.
  • Je bent analytisch en voelt je comfortabel bij cijfers en financiële informatie.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot en professioneel.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor opleidingen en permanente bijscholing.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft perfect Nederlands.
