Voor een verzekeringskantoor regio Gistel zoeken we een dossierbeheerder BOAR verzekeringen. Je beheert dossiers van particulieren én professionele klanten en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct opgevolgd wordt van offerte tot polis.

Functieomschrijving

Als dossierbeheerder verzekeringen BOAR beheer je dossiers van A tot Z.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen rond hun bestaande verzekeringen en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie en correcte opvolging.

Je takenpakket:

  • Wijzigingen en uitbreidingen verwerken binnen BOAR en variaverzekeringen
  • Offertes opmaken en omzetten naar correcte polissen
  • Dossiers administratief nauwkeurig opvolgen
  • Documenten correct verwerken in het systeem
  • Klanten adviseren over bestaande verzekeringen
  • Meedenken over efficiëntere processen binnen de binnendienst
  • Samenwerken met collega’s van productie, schade en sales

Je werkt in een omgeving waar kwaliteit en vertrouwen centraal staan.

Geen callcentermentaliteit of puur cijfers draaien.

  • Ervaring binnen verzekeringen of sterke motivatie om hierin verder te groeien
  • Basiskennis BOAR en variaverzekeringen is een plus
  • Je spreekt voldoende Frans om klanten professioneel verder te helpen
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en klantgericht
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en volgt dossiers correct op
  • Je behoudt overzicht en werkt zelfstandig
  • Betrouwbaarheid en collegialiteit zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend
