Wij zijn een onafhankelijk, familiaal verzekeringskantoor gevestigd in Genk en zoeken een ervaren medewerker verzekeringen particulieren die zelfstandig dossiers kan opnemen en klanten professioneel begeleidt.

Je komt terecht in ons hecht team, een moderne werkomgeving, waar kwaliteit, vertrouwen en collegialiteit centraal staan. Geen anonieme structuur, maar een kantoor waar mensen elkaar kennen, ondersteunen en samen bouwen aan een sterke dienstverlening.

Wat houdt de functie in?

In deze functie ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor particuliere klanten (soms ook KMO) en beheer je hun verzekeringsdossiers van A tot Z. Je zorgt voor een correcte opvolging, helder advies en een vlotte klantenervaring.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • verzekeringsdossiers zelfstandig beheert en opvolgt
  • klanten adviseert via mail, telefoon en persoonlijke gesprekken
  • offertes voorbereidt en administratieve ondersteuning biedt aan de accountmanagers
  • vlot inspeelt op ad-hocvragen en collega’s ondersteunt waar nodig

De schadeafhandeling zit in een aparte afdeling, waardoor jij je kunt focussen op het beheer van de klantendossiers.
