Voor een sterk uitgebouwd accountantskantoor met een team van ongeveer 35 medewerkers zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Dossiermedewerker die een belangrijke ondersteunende rol wil opnemen binnen het kantoor.

Je komt terecht in een kwalitatief kantoor dat al jarenlang stabiliteit en continuïteit uitstraalt. Het gaat om een gevestigde waarde binnen de sector, waar medewerkers zich op lange termijn engageren en waar duurzame samenwerking centraal staat.

Die sterke interne stabiliteit vertaalt zich in een hecht team, een aangename werksfeer en een omgeving waarin mensen zich goed voelen en zich professioneel verder kunnen ontwikkelen. Ook in de dienstverlening naar klanten toe voel je die aanpak: dossiers worden zorgvuldig opgevolgd, de kwaliteit van het werk staat voorop en klanten kunnen rekenen op een persoonlijke en professionele begeleiding.

Jouw functie

Als Dossiermedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een groot deel van het voorbereidende werk binnen de dossiers. Je werkt ondersteunend voor meerdere collega's en zorgt mee voor een correcte, efficiënte en kwaliteitsvolle verwerking van de boekhoudkundige en administratieve taken.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

  • Het inboeken van aan- en verkoopfacturen, bankuittreksels en diverse boekingen
  • Het voorbereiden en indienen van btw-aangiftes en intrastataangiftes
  • Het ondersteunen van meerdere dossierbeheerders in de administratieve en boekhoudkundige opvolging van hun dossiers
  • Het voorbereiden van afsluitingen en jaarrekeningen
  • Het mee voorbereiden van personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting
  • Het opnemen van diverse administratieve taken die bijdragen aan een vlotte dossieropvolging
  • In bepaalde dossiers: administratieve ondersteuning of opvolging ter plaatse bij klanten

Je bent in deze functie dus niet eindverantwoordelijk voor de volledige dossiers, maar je zorgt er wel mee voor dat alles inhoudelijk en administratief sterk voorbereid is. Net daardoor ben je van grote waarde voor zowel je collega's als de klanten van het kantoor.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die zich goed voelt in een ondersteunende rol binnen accountancy en die energie haalt uit nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kwalitatief werk.

Idealiter herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een gelijkaardige achtergrond
  • Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring opgebouwd binnen boekhouding of accountancy, bij voorkeur binnen een accountants- of boekhoudkantoor
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je haalt voldoening uit een ondersteunende rol waarbij je meerdere collega's mee ontzorgt
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook graag binnen een team, je haalt meer
  • Je bent punctueel, leergierig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op in je werk
  • Je bent klantgericht ingesteld en communiceert professioneel
  • Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office; kennis van Expert/M is een mooie troef
