Hoe ziet jouw dag als Dossierverantwoordelijke eruit:

Als Dossierverantwoordelijke ben jij de interne drijvende kracht achter een correcte en volledige boekhouding. Je denkt mee over hoe processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen en durft kritisch naar de huidige werking te kijken. Samen met de klantverantwoordelijke vorm je een tandem en zorg je ervoor dat de klant altijd centraal staat.

  • Meer dan cijfers verwerken: Je werkt periodiek de cijfers van de klant bij. Je ziet toe op de juistheid en volledigheid van de boekhoudkundige output d.m.v. gerichte controles. Volgende taken behoren tot jouw functie: Controleren volledigheid van de boekhouding; Standaardcontroles vanuit btw-ooghoek; Verwerken afschrijvingen; Openstaande klanten en leverancier posten up-to-date houden; Wachtrekeningen afpunten; Controle op verwerking soda’s – loonsovereenstemming; Leningen/Leasings verwerken; Vaste boekingen uitvoeren (provisies, …); Verwerking financiële transacties; …
  • Focus op precisie & analyse:. Jij richt je op de cijfers én de real-time boekhouding van de ondernemer. Daarbij werk je met moderne boekhoudsoftware.
  • Altijd een stapje voor: Nieuwe digitale tools of veranderende wetgeving? Dankzij onze leercultuur en kennisdeling ben jij als eerste op de hoogte.
  • Werken in een hecht team: Samen lachen, samen knallen, samen groeien. Je schakelt de nodige experts in waar nodig, zodat de klant altijd de best mogelijke ondersteuning krijgt. Bij Titeca sta je er nooit alleen voor.

Jouw én – én profiel

  • Een relevant diploma én veel goesting Je genoot bij voorkeur een opleiding als Accountant via Syntra, een Graduaat Accounting Administration of Bachelor in Accountancy & Fiscaliteit. Een gelijkwaardige opleiding is ook prima. Wat voor ons telt, is jouw drive om te groeien en impact te maken. Een nauwkeurige administratie geeft jou energie.
  • Sterk met cijfers én digitale feeling Je bent niet alleen cijfermatig sterk, maar hebt ook een uitgesproken digitale reflex. Je voelt je thuis in moderne software en nieuwe tools schrikken je niet af. Daarnaast werk je graag samen, stelt de klant altijd centraal en denkt kritisch mee over verbeteringen.
  • Nauwkeurig én flexibel Je hebt oog voor detail en zoekt graag alles tot op de bodem uit, maar verliest nooit het overzicht. Zelfs in drukke momenten blijf je rustig en flexibel.
