Als dossiervormer ben jij de spil in het opsporingsonderzoek. Jij zorgt voor het opstellen van het onderzoeks-/procesdossier, dat later tijdens de rechtszaak wordt gebruikt voor de berechting van de verdachte. Je beschrijft de feiten, omstandigheden en bewijsmiddelen op een logische en overzichtelijke manier. Daarnaast noteer je de juridische verantwoording van de gebruikte opsporingsmethoden, zodat de rechter een duidelijk oordeel kan vellen. Ook ga je de volgende werkzaamheden uitvoeren: - In het informatieproces bewaak en beoordeel je de voortgang en de kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden die jouw collega's verrichten in relatie tot het schrijven van processen-verbaal. - Je ziet toe op een tijdige, administratief zorgvuldige en complete inzending van het procesdossier naar het Openbaar Ministerie. - In samenspraak met de teamleiding adviseer en rapporteer je aan de officier van justitie. - Je signaleert en analyseert knelpunten in de afstemming van politiële en justitiële (administratieve) werkprocessen en je informeert en adviseert de teamleiding en het OM hierover. - Je signaleert kansen in de ontwikkeling van de processen verbaal. Je gaat actief op zoek naar verbeteringen aan de zijde van de politie, maar je gaat ook in gesprek met het Openbaar Ministerie. Waar ga je werken? Je komt te werken binnen de Eenheid Landelijke Opsporing en Interventies (LO). Wij bestrijden zware en georganiseerde criminaliteit, waaronder terrorisme, cybercrime, financieel-economische misdrijven en statelijke inmenging.
