Voor een allround logistiek dienstverlener in Benthuizen zoeken we een (Assistent) Douane Declarant die zorgt voor een correcte douaneadministratie en graag meedenkt over verbeteringen. Onze opdrachtgever is een familiebedrijf dat sinds 1927 actief is in de logistiek. Een zorgvuldige afhandeling van goederen en een betrouwbare dienstverlening aan klanten vormen de basis van de organisatie. In deze functie combineer je administratieve nauwkeurigheid met contact met collega's, klanten en douaneautoriteiten. Heb je al kennis van douanezaken? Dan kun je die hier inzetten. Heb je administratieve ervaring en wil je het douanevak leren? Ook dan maken we graag kennis met je. Voor de versterking van de organisatie zijn wij, Holland Talent Group, op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en proactieve: (ASSISTENT) DOUANE DECLARANT | Benthuizen | Familiebedrijf Functie - Opstellen, controleren en verwerken van douaneaangiften voor import-, export- en transitstromen; - Zorgen voor een correcte, tijdige en volledige verwerking van douanedocumenten; - Controleren van facturen, paklijsten en certificaten van oorsprong; - Bewaken van de naleving van douanewetgeving en interne procedures; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en onjuistheden en zorgen dat deze tijdig worden gecorrigeerd; - Onderhouden van contact met interne afdelingen, klanten en douaneautoriteiten; - Zorgvuldig bijhouden en archiveren van dossiers volgens de wettelijke eisen; - Meedenken over het verbeteren en optimaliseren van administratieve processen.
