Werk je graag nauwkeurig in een internationale logistieke omgeving?

Ben je administratief sterk en wil je je verdiepen in douanewetgeving en internationale goederenstromen? Dan krijg je hier de kans om je expertise verder uit te bouwen binnen een stabiele familiale onderneming met een internationale werking. Dankzij een grondige interne opleiding leer je de functie stap voor stap kennen en werk je mee aan een vlotte goederenstroom van en naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk.

Jouw taken

Als administratief medewerker douane ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van douanedossiers. Je rapporteert aan de Back Office Teamleader en zorgt ervoor dat alle formaliteiten nauwkeurig worden afgehandeld.

Je taken bestaan onder meer uit:

  • Je volgt klantendossiers op van A tot Z.
  • Je maakt douanedocumenten op en verwerkt deze correct (in- en uitklaringen van goederen van en naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk, douanedocumenten voor containers, ...).
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor interne collega's bij vragen over douaneformaliteiten.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met de douane, het FAVV en andere bevoegde havenautoriteiten.
  • Je verzorgt de prenotificaties voor goederen met producten van dierlijke oorsprong die naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je helpt mee toezien op de naleving van de geldende douanewetgeving en interne procedures.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

Belangrijk

  • Je behaalde bij voorkeur een bachelor Logistiek Management of een gelijkwaardige opleiding.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in douane formaliteiten en internationale goederenstromen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte administratie.
  • Je bent bereid nieuwe douanewetgeving op te volgen en denkt mee na over efficiëntere werkprocessen.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.

Mooi meegenomen

  • Kennis van CAS of andere douanesoftware.
  • Ervaring met SAP of een ander ERP-pakket.
  • Kennis van extra talen.
