Heb jij ervaring met douaneaangiften en een goede kennis van douanewetgeving? Voor een internationale logistieke speler zoeken we een Douanedeclarant / Customs Broker die instaat voor een correcte, tijdige en conforme afhandeling van import- en exportformaliteiten.

In deze functie ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, interne afdelingen en de douaneautoriteiten. Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met een sterke kennis van douaneprocessen en zorgt ervoor dat elk dossier volgens de geldende regelgeving wordt afgehandeld

  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van douanedossiers voor import en export.
  • Je verwerkt gegevens nauwkeurig in het operationele en douanesysteem.
  • Je volgt douanedossiers actief op en verzorgt de nodige rapportering en Track & Trace.
  • Je staat in voor een correcte en tijdige facturatie aan klanten.
  • Je interpreteert douane-instructies, procedures en klantafspraken en vertaalt deze naar een correcte dossierbehandeling.
  • Je verzamelt en controleert de nodige informatie uit commerciële en transportdocumenten.
  • Je voert gegevens in om geldige douaneaangiften op te stellen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het controleren en indienen van douaneaangiften bij de bevoegde douaneautoriteiten.
  • Je bewaakt voortdurend de naleving van de geldende douanewetgeving en interne procedures.
  • Je werkt met dossiers die betrekking hebben op verschillende transportmodi, waaronder zee-, weg- en luchtvracht.
  • Je denkt proactief mee over een efficiënte en correcte werking van de douaneafdeling.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen douane, customs brokerage of douanedeclaratie.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van douanewetgeving en douaneprocedures.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van: douaneclassificatie; douanewaardering; oorsprongsregels; import- en exportformaliteiten.
  • Je kent de Incoterms en kunt deze correct interpreteren en toepassen.
  • Je bent administratief zeer nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent proactief en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent bereid te werken vanuit de regio Antwerpen of Brussel.
