Voor de vacature van Douanedeclarant bij onze klant zal je instaan voor volgend takenpakket:

  • Je staat in voor de opmaak en controle van import- en exportdossiers voor klanten bij een internationale organisatie in gekoeld transport
  • Hun voornaamste activiteit is de import van kip- en vleesproducten vanuit Zuid-Amerika
  • Je bereidt douanedocumenten zorgvuldig voor, dient ze tijdig in en volgt de verdere administratieve en financiële afhandeling op
  • Je controleert onder meer tariefposten, douanerechten, landbouwheffingen en btw
  • Je voert de nodige communicatie met klanten, leveranciers, overheidsinstanties en collega’s uit andere afdelingen of vestigingen
  • Wanneer dossiers onvolledig zijn of risico’s bevatten, signaleer je dit snel en werk je gericht naar een correcte oplossing
  • Je evalueert pro-actief de huidige werkwijze en identificeert verbeteringen in werkprocessen, klantbeleving en dienstverlening en bespreekt haalbare voorstellen met de betrokken collega’s
  • Je werkt in daguren van maandag tot vrijdag in glijdende uren (opstarten tussen 7u30 en 9u)

Voor de vacature van Douanedeclarant bij onze klant herken je jezelf in volgende competenties:

  • Je hebt een eerste positieve relevante ervaring met douaneactiviteiten achter de rug of je hebt een opleiding gevolgd met betrekking tot douanedocumenten en wilt je verder ontwikkelen als Douanedeclarant
  • Basiskennis van actuele douanewet- en regelgeving is belangrijk
  • Je kan goed overweg met een computer en werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Nederlands en het Engels
  • Je schuwt geen klantencontact en kan goed in team werken
