Voor een toonaangevende douanepartner in Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een Douanedeclarant die zelfstandig de volledige afhandeling van douaneformaliteiten op zich neemt en deel wil uitmaken van een team waar vakmanschap, vertrouwen en menselijkheid geen loze woorden zijn maar de dagelijkse realiteit.

Geen logge structuren, geen anonimiteit, maar een familiale omgeving waar jouw inzicht, initiatief en betrokkenheid écht het verschil maken. Voor iemand die zijn of haar vak kent, verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en wil groeien in een organisatie die in mensen gelooft.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Zelfstandig opmaken en indienen van import-, export- en transitformaliteiten
  • Controleren en verwerken van douanedocumenten volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving
  • Opstellen van dossierinstructies en adviseren van klanten waar nodig
  • Aanbieden van documenten aan de Douane en opvolgen van controles
  • Correct registreren van alle formaliteiten in interne systemen
  • Meedenken over optimalisatie van processen en kwaliteit binnen de afdeling
  • Minimaal HSO of bachelor diploma richting logistiek, of evenwaardig door ervaring.
  • 5 tal jaar ervaring in een logistieke/douane functie.
  • Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring als Douanedeclarant, Customs Declarant of in een gelijkaardige douanefunctie
  • Zelfstandig kunnen afhandelen van import, export en transit
  • Klantgericht, accuraat, stressbestendig en goed georganiseerd
  • Vlot met IT-systemen en douaneplatformen
  • Communicatief sterk en bereid om kennis te delen met collega's
  • Graag meedenken en mee bouwen aan een sterke douaneafdeling
  • Diploma HSO of bachelor, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
