The posting

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de regelgeving wordt nageleefd. Dit omvat intern beleid en procedures zoals Operationele Proces Standaarden (OPS), externe overheidsregelgeving of vereisten van klanten.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met douaneautoriteiten om eventuele problemen/vragen aan te pakken.
  • Tijdens het inklaringsproces treed je op als verbindingspersoon tussen douaneautoriteiten (of andere overheidsinstanties) en jouw klanten.
  • Alle lucht-, zee- en vrachtwagendossiers toets je af aan KPI's, klantvereisten en regels en voorschriften.
  • Je volgt alle lucht-, zee- en vrachtwagendossiers op en geeft ze vrij in overeenstemming met alle regels en voorschriften.
  • Je geeft de nodige informatie door aan het factureringsteam zodat zij correcte facturen kunnen opmaken.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en je zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking met de andere afdelingen binnen het bedrijf.
  • Je communiceert proactief met klanten en reageert tijdig op e-mails & telefoongesprekken.
  • Je werkt SOP's van klanten bij, controleert ze en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen de juiste procedures en processen begrijpen.
  • Je verzendt op verzoek rapporten aan klanten en voltooit eventuele terugbetalingen.
  • Je kent en begrijpt de processen in je afdeling en zoekt voortdurend naar efficiëntieverbetering.
  • Je hebt minstens 6 maanden ervaring in import/export over zee/lucht
  • Je hebt sterke sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je hebt ervaring met MS Office-producten en internet-applicaties
  • Je gevoel voor urgentie en aandacht voor details is jouw sterkte
  • Je beheerst grondig Engels en Nederlands. Kennis van Frans is een pluspunt
  • Je bent behendig in administratieve taken
  • Je bent stressbestendig en leergierig
  • Je bent bereid om op zaterdag te werken van 9u-13u ( beurtrolsysteem - na inwerkperiode van thuis uit)
