Als Festivalmedewerker in ons eetkraam ben je het gezicht van onze culinaire ervaring op het festival. Te midden van een bruisende, eclectische sfeer zorg jij ervoor dat bezoekers niet alleen genieten van de muziek, maar ook van een vlotte en smakelijke eetervaring. Je taken bestaan uit het bereiden en serveren van heerlijke gerechten, het afhandelen van transacties, het netjes en georganiseerd houden van je werkplek en het bieden van een vriendelijke en efficiënte service.

  • Bereiden en serveren van voedsel volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen en hygiënevoorschriften
  • Afhandelen van contante en kaarttransacties met precisie en efficiëntie
  • Onderhouden van een schone, georganiseerde en veilige werkruimte
  • Klantvragen beantwoorden en uitstekende service bieden om de festivalervaring van gasten te verbeteren
  • Samenwerken met het team om een soepele werking van het eetkraam te garanderen
  • Sterke communicatie- en klantenservicevaardigheden
  • In staat om onder druk te werken en te multitasken in een snel veranderende omgeving
  • Bereidheid om flexibele uren te werken, inclusief avonden, weekends en mogelijk lange shifts
  • Ervaring in de horeca of de voedingsindustrie is een pluspunt maar niet vereist
  • Een passie voor metal en een vriendelijke, enthousiaste houding zijn een must!
