CNC Draaier gezocht voor moderne metaalbewerking in regio Kempen

Ben jij een ervaren CNC-draaier met een passie voor precisiewerk? Heb je ervaring met CNC-programmering en werk je graag met moderne machines binnen de hightech maakindustrie? Dan hebben wij een interessante uitdaging voor jou.

Voor een innovatieve werkgever in de metaalbewerking zijn wij opzoek naar een CNC Draaier die verantwoordelijk wordt voor het programmeren, instellen en bedienen van CNC-draaibanken.

Jouw functie

Als CNC Draaier speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het productieproces. Je werkt aan hoogwaardige onderdelen voor diverse industriële toepassingen waarbij kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid centraal staan.

Jouw taken

  • Programmeren van CNC-draaibanken aan de machine of via programmeersoftware.
  • Technische tekeningen en plannen interpreteren.
  • Instellen, opstarten en optimaliseren van producties.
  • Correct opspannen en uitlijnen van werkstukken en gereedschappen.
  • Bepalen van de juiste bewerkingsvolgorde en machine-instellingen.
  • Monteren, afstellen en vervangen van snijgereedschappen.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit tijdens het volledige productieproces.
  • Uitvoeren van metingen en controles volgens opgegeven toleranties.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van productieproblemen of machinestoringen.
  • Bijdragen aan een nette, veilige en georganiseerde werkplaats volgens 5S-principes.

Wij zoeken een gemotiveerde CNC-specialist die zelfstandig kan werken en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Wat verwachten we?

  • Opleiding in Mechanica, Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als CNC Draaier.
  • Ervaring met CNC-programmering.
  • Kennis van Mazak en/of Okuma is een sterke plus.
  • Goede kennis van verspaningstechnieken.
  • Ervaring met snijgereedschappen, toleranties en oppervlakteafwerking.
  • Technische plannen kunnen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Kennis van meet- en controleapparatuur.
  • Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands of Engels.
