In deze rol krijg je de kans om jouw expertise te combineren met innovatieve CNC-technieken. Geen repetitieve seriewerkzaamheden, maar uitdagende en gevarieerde opdrachten waarin jouw creativiteit en precisie centraal staan.

Jouw uitdaging:

Ben jij klaar om te werken aan uitdagende projecten en je technische kennis te verrijken? Kun jij werken met zowel conventionele als CNC-gestuurde machines? Ben je in staat om technische tekeningen te interpreteren en zelfstandig verschillende opdrachten op te volgen? Dan ben jij de geschikte kandidaat die we zoeken!

Als Draaier-Frezer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het precisie draai- en freeswerk van diverse metalen onderdelen. Bij ons werken betekent dat elke werkdag een nieuw avontuur is met unieke stukken en diverse technische uitdagingen.

Wat ga je precies doen?

  • Uitvoeren van precisie draai- en freeswerk.
  • Instellen van zowel conventionele als CNC-gestuurde machines.
  • Programmeren van bewerkingen in de Mazak-sturing, Siemens-sturing of Fanuc.
  • Interpreteren en volgen van technische tekeningen.
  • Bewerken van diverse metalen onderdelen.
  • Controleren van afmetingen en toleranties.
  • Instaan voor een kwalitatieve en nauwkeurige afwerking.
  • Zelfstandig opvolgen van verschillende opdrachten.
  • Meedenken over de juiste aanpak en bewerkingsmethoden.

Door de grote variatie in opdrachten blijf je continu werken aan nieuwe en technisch interessante projecten.

Wie zoeken we?

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven persoon met een sterke technisch-mechanische basis en een passie voor precisiewerk.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een technisch-mechanische achtergrond.
  • Goede kennis van conventioneel óf CNC draaien en frezen.
  • Bereidheid om de andere techniek verder aan te leren.
  • Ervaring of inzicht in draai- en freeswerk.
  • Het vermogen om technische tekeningen te lezen.
  • Een zeer nauwkeurige en preciese werkhouding.
  • Geduld en oog voor detail.
  • Technisch inzicht en verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Een sterke motivatie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Of je nu vooral ervaring hebt met conventioneel draaien en frezen of met CNC, dat maakt niet uit. Wat telt, is jouw inzicht, motivatie en goede technische basis. Wij bieden een grondige opleiding aan om jou verder te ontwikkelen.
