Wie wij zijn Griekspoor Thermal Coatings is een internationale organisatie gespecialiseerd in het aanbrengen van coatings op cilinders voor de maritieme en hydraulische industrie. We werken met gecertificeerde eigen coatings TOPCOAT® om zo materialen duurzaam te kunnen beschermen onder andere tegen corrosie. We zijn een klein gespecialiseerd team in Nieuw-Vennep. In verband met de continue groei die onze organisatie doormaakt zijn wij op zoek naar een: Draaier/Verspaner Wat ga je doen? Als Draaier/Verspaner werk je nauw samen met collega's van verschillende afdelingen om productieprocessen soepel te laten verlopen. Je draagt bij aan de veiligheid en kwaliteit van onze werkzaamheden. Als onderdeel van het inwerkproces voor de functie van Draaier/Verspaner doorloop je eerst een algemeen traject waarin je kennismaakt met al onze productie- en meettechnieken. Daarna volgt een specifieke training "on-the-job" waar je wordt opgeleid tot specialist in het vlamspuiten en/of nabewerker/slijper. Je volgt de opleiding door en onder begeleiding van jouw collega-vakmensen. - Zelfstandig instellen van onze machines - Procesgericht meten van producten - Lezen van technische werkstuktekeningen - Zorgen voor de juiste voorbereidingen en een opgeruimde werkplek - Signaleren van verbeteringen in het proces De verantwoordelijkheid en zelfstandigheid binnen jouw functie worden aangepast naar eigen ontwikkeling, jouw niveau, werkervaring en motivatie.
