Ben jij een bakker in hart en nieren? Of heb je al ervaring als bakkershulp en wil je graag verder groeien in het vak? Dan hebben wij misschien wel de perfecte job voor jou!

Voor onze ambachtelijke bakkerij zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste bakker of bakkershulp die ons team tijdens de nacht komt versterken.

Je komt terecht in een kleine, gezellige ploeg waar iedereen zijn steentje bijdraagt. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Terwijl de rest van de wereld slaapt, zorg jij ervoor dat onze klanten 's morgens kunnen genieten van heerlijk vers brood.

Je werkt mee in het atelier en helpt bij de dagelijkse broodproductie. Heb je al voldoende ervaring als bakker? Dan kan je de broodproductie zelfstandig opnemen.

Tijdens je shift:

  • start je de bakkerij op en verzamel je de nodige ingrediënten;
  • doe je de ingrediënten manueel in de mengers;
  • werk je mee aan de volledige broodproductie;
  • ligt op woensdag de focus extra op onze broodkant;
  • maak je op donderdag vooral deeg voor koffiekoeken en bereid je pistolets;
  • werk je na de pistolets ook puddingvlaaien af, voornamelijk op vrijdag.

Onze werkvloer bestaat uit een broodkant en een patisseriekant. Op zaterdag en zondag sta je aan de broodkant steeds met twee personen. Samen bakken werkt nu eenmaal nét iets leuker!

Je werkt van dinsdagavond tot zondagochtend en je shift start doorgaans rond 20.00 of 21.00 uur.

Nachtwerk moet dus bij jou, je ritme én je privésituatie passen.

Diploma's en indrukwekkende titels vinden we minder belangrijk dan iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

We worden blij van iemand die:

  • ervaring heeft als bakker of bakkershulp;
  • als ervaren bakker zelfstandig de broodproductie kan opnemen;
  • fysiek werk niet uit de weg gaat en ingrediënten manueel kan verzamelen en in de mengers kan doen;
  • bewust kiest voor structureel nachtwerk;
  • zelfstandig kan werken en een goede werkmentaliteit heeft;
  • gemotiveerd is en graag wil bijleren.

Nog maar net gestart in het vak? Geen probleem! Ook starters krijgen bij ons een kans. Heb je praktijkervaring opgedaan tijdens stages en breng je vooral veel goesting en motivatie mee? Dan horen we ook graag van je!
