The posting

Voor een industriële productieomgeving in de Antwerpse haven zoeken wij een gemotiveerde operator / machinebediener. Het bedrijf is actief in de verwerking en productie van minerale grondstoffen die gebruikt worden in onder andere de bouw-, beton- en infrastructuursector.

Werk je graag in een technische omgeving en hou je ervan om machines en productieprocessen op te volgen? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou. Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vlot laten verlopen van het productieproces.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Het opvolgen en controleren van het productieproces en de installaties
  • Registreren van productieaantallen tijdens je shift
  • Kleine technische storingen detecteren en oplossen
  • Meedenken over mogelijke verbeteringen binnen het productieproces
  • Visuele kwaliteitscontrole van de geproduceerde materialen
  • Afwijkingen of kwaliteitsproblemen melden aan het labo
  • Dagelijkse controle uitvoeren op installaties zoals zeefmatten en onderdelen
  • Grotere storingen of technische problemen rapporteren aan de technische dienst of leidinggevende

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Waken over de kwaliteit van het eindproduct
  • Netjes en veilig houden van de productie-installaties
  • Onderhoud van de werkplek en het productielokaal
  • Installaties handmatig smeren en kleine onderhoudstaken uitvoeren
  • Storingen of afwijkingen tijdig signaleren
  • Je hebt interesse in techniek of industriële productie
  • Ervaring als operator of machinebediener is een pluspunt
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit
  • Je bent alert en kan snel reageren bij technische problemen
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken maar functioneert ook goed in een klein team
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een ploegenstelsel
