Wil jij aan de slag als drukker in een 2-ploegenstelsel in Bornem en ben je op zoek naar een voltijdse job in een stabiele productieomgeving? Dan is deze functie de ideale kans om jouw technische vaardigheden en ervaring binnen de grafische sector verder in te zetten. Je geniet van een aantrekkelijk uurloon tussen €17 en €20, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring, aangevuld met een ploegenpremie van 15%. Wat ga je doen als drukker?

Als drukker speel je een cruciale rol in het productieproces. Je bedient zelfstandig moderne drukpersen en waakt erover dat elke opdracht nauwkeurig, efficiënt en volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen wordt uitgevoerd. Je stelt de machines correct in, voert de nodige bijstellingen uit en volgt het drukproces van nabij op. Daarnaast controleer je regelmatig de kwaliteit van het drukwerk en pas je de machine-instellingen aan waar nodig om een optimaal resultaat te garanderen. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's om de productie soepel te laten verlopen en ervoor te zorgen dat alle bestellingen tijdig en volgens de vereiste specificaties worden afgewerkt. Ook orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer zijn belangrijk. Je houdt je machine en werkplek proper en leeft de geldende kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften binnen de grafische sector nauwgezet na.

Je hebt een grafische opleiding afgerond of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring in de sector. Je bent technisch aangelegd en je wil graag nieuwe dingen leren. Nauwkeurig werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend en je hebt echt oog voor detail. Je bent bereid om in een systeem van 2 ploegen te werken. Op de werkvloer toon je een positieve en flexibele instelling. Je houdt van uitdaging in je job und werkt graag samen in een team. Heb je nog geen ervaring als flexodrukker maar bezit je wel deze eigenschappen? Dan leren wij jou op de werkvloer graag alle kneepjes van het vak.
