Wat ga je doen als Offsetdrukker Vellen? Als offsetdrukker 3 ploegen werk je in de vellendrukkerij (70×100) op Manroland 700 machines (6-8 kleuren). Dit is een functie voor drukkers die hun vak serieus nemen en op zoek zijn naar continuïteit, niet naar de volgende tijdelijke oplossing. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een stabiel en goed lopend drukproces. - Instellen, bedienen en bijregelen van de offsetpers - Bewaken van kleur, register en drukkwaliteit - Lezen en uitvoeren van order- en werkinstructies - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en registraties - Oplossen van reguliere druktechnische problemen - Eerstelijns onderhoud aan de machine - Meedenken over verbeteringen in kwaliteit, waste en output Je krijgt vertrouwen en verantwoordelijkheid, maar werkt altijd samen met ervaren collega's. Wat bieden we je aan? - Direct een contract in dienst bij Royal Sens met uitzicht op een vast contract - 36-urige werkweek (door het verkorten van het nachtdienstrooster naar 4 dagen) - Salarisindicatie €2.700-€3.600 bruto per maand (excl. ploegentoeslag) - Ploegentoeslag van 22,7% bovenop je salaris - Eenmalige uitkering van 1% - Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 10 km a €0,23 per kilometer - Vers fruit op het werk - Goede pensioenregeling - Fietsplan.
