Als drukker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct instellen, afregelen en bewaken van het drukproces. Dankzij jouw technische expertise en oog voor detail zorg je voor een stabiele productie en een kwalitatief eindresultaat dat voldoet aan de hoogste normen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkhedenRegelen, afstellen en optimaliseren

  • Je stelt inkt- en vochtvoorzieningen nauwkeurig af.
  • Je bewaakt continu de inkt-waterbalans tijdens het drukproces.
  • Je controleert de kleurkwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat het eindresultaat overeenkomt met de vooropgestelde drukproef.
  • Je grijpt tijdig in waar nodig om een stabiel en kwalitatief productieproces te garanderen.

Samenwerken aan een vlotte productie

  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's bij het instellen en opstarten van de drukpers.
  • Je ondersteunt het team bij technische uitdagingen zoals storingen of papierbreuken.
  • Je deelt kennis en ervaring om samen de productie zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen.

Voorbereiden en organiseren

  • Je haalt de benodigde drukplaten op en bereidt producties voor.
  • Je ondersteunt de opstart van nieuwe drukorders.
  • Je houdt je werkplaats ordelijk en georganiseerd volgens vastgelegde werkmethodes en kwaliteitsstandaarden.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en met een sterke focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit.

Technische kennis van druktechnieken

  • Je hebt kennis van het drukproces of een sterke interesse om dit aan te leren.
  • Je begrijpt hoe kleuren, drukplaten en drukpersen samenwerken om kwaliteitsvol drukwerk te produceren.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig.

Affiniteit met de grafische sector

  • Je voelt je aangetrokken tot zowel de technische als de creatieve aspecten van drukwerk.
  • Ervaring binnen een grafische productieomgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Gemotiveerde starters met een sterke interesse in druktechnologie komen eveneens in aanmerking.
