Vacature: Ben jij technisch ingesteld, werk je nauwkeurig en wil je aan de slag met moderne drukmachines? Dan is deze functie als drukker een mooie volgende stap voor jou! Als drukker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, bedienen en controleren van geautomatiseerde drukpersen. Je bewaakt het volledige drukproces en zorgt ervoor dat kleuren, afmetingen en kwaliteit tot in detail kloppen. Het werk is technisch, afwisselend en vraagt om veel meer dan alleen het bedienen van een machine. Ervaring als drukker is natuurlijk mooi meegenomen, maar ook kandidaten met ervaring als technisch operator, procesoperator, machineoperator of automonteur worden van harte uitgenodigd om te reageren. Wanneer jij technisch inzicht hebt en graag een vak wilt leren, krijg je de mogelijkheid om intern te worden opgeleid. Wat krijg jij? Als drukker kun je rekenen op goede arbeidsvoorwaarden en volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen: - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.750 en € 4.000, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring; - Een fulltime functie voor 38 uur per week; - Een ploegentoeslag van 25,2% boven op jouw salaris; - Minimaal 25 vakantiedagen per jaar; - Werken met moderne en digitaal aangestuurde drukpersen; - Een uitgebreid intern inwerk- en opleidingstraject; - Mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen het drukkersvak; - Deelname aan een zorgfonds; - Een stabiele functie binnen een professionele productieomgeving; - Regelmatig gezellige activiteiten, zoals een barbecue, pubquiz of teamuitje; - Een betrokken team waarin collega's elkaar helpen; - En natuurlijk goede koffie tijdens jouw dienst. Wat ga je doen? Als drukker zorg jij ervoor dat verschillende soorten verpakkingen en labels volgens de juiste specificaties worden geproduceerd.
