Zij combineren diepgaande technische expertise met creatieve begeleiding, van concept tot fulfilment. Of het nu gaat om een merkverhaal dat tastbaar moet worden, een opvallende campagne of volledige logistieke ontzorging: zij denken mee, stellen de juiste vragen en vertalen ideeën naar drukwerk dat blijft hangen.

Hoe ziet jouw job eruit?

Als afwerker ben jij de laatste, maar cruciale schakel in ons productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elk project perfect afgewerkt de deur uitgaat.

Concreet:

  • Je staat in voor de afwerking van diverse soorten drukwerk
  • Je bedient en stelt afwerkingsmachines in (snijden, plooien, verzamelen, hechten, …)
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en lost kleine technische storingen zelfstandig op
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s in productie en planning

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Je bent een teamplayer die ook onder druk het hoofd koel houdt
  • Een eerste productie ervaring met machines is een must
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in de grafische sector (ervaring als snijder is een plus)
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio
  • Flexibiliteit naar overuren toe vereist in piekperiodes
