[email protected] | 0299 - 433 416 Calamiteiten DTA De DTA is verantwoordelijk voor de gehele gang van zaken bij de asbestsanering op de werklocatie Taken, bevoegdheden, verantwoordelijkheden - controleren of het werkplan voor project reële werkwijze is en de acceptatie daarvan door ondertekening; - hij houdt voortdurend toezicht op zijn werkgebied en kan, zo nodig, snel optreden bij incidenten of calamiteiten; - hij is feitelijk aanwezig op de projectlocatie tijdens de uitvoering van dasbestverwijdering - organiseren en verdelen van de werkzaamheden; gemaakte afspraken ten uitvoer brengen - informeren van personeel en eventuele derden t.a.v. de te volgen werkmethode - het ingrijpen, corrigeren of bijsturen van werkzaamheden die niet goed lopen of van personeel dat niet op de juiste wijze werkt; - toezien op naleving van de wettelijke- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften (o.a. ontsmettingsprocedure, stofbeperking, in te zetten machines, veiligheidsmiddelen, werk- en rusttijden) - zorgen voor een veilige situatie op het werk (collega's, derden en milieu) - registreren alle benodigde gegevens van het werk in asbestmap met behulp van checklisten (per project) - bij aantreffen van onvoorzien asbest, direct contact opnemen met kantoor - bij bepaalde projecten fungeren als projectgebonden VGM-coördinator (V&G) eisen / competenties - een DTA geldig diploma conform SC-510 of bereid deze te halen - beheersing Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift - geldig diploma basis veiligheid - leidinggevende eigenschappen - rijbewijs B/E - minimaal 18 jaar - collega's aanspreken bij onveilig gedrag - LMRA toepassen Contact Arie Hollenberg sloop & milieuwerken BV Vredenburghweg 1 1461 GT Zuidoostbeemster
