Als DTP Medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat onze communicatie zorgvuldig, efficiënt en technisch sterk worden uitgewerkt. Je vertaalt bestaande ontwerpen en templates naar verschillende online en offline middelen, controleert bestanden en zorgt dat producties op tijd en volgens de huisstijl en tone of voice worden opgeleverd. Jouw kracht zit niet in het bedenken van nieuwe creatieve concepten, maar juist in het nauwkeurig uitvoeren ervan. Je maakt deel uit van het Marketingteam. In deze rol ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen ontwerp, productie en de organisatie. Je houdt overzicht over aanvragen, bewaakt deadlines en schakelt zelfstandig met drukkerijen en andere productieleveranciers. Daarnaast werk je samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen, waaronder het Carré Fonds en Sales & Service. De Marketing Manager is je leidinggevende, voor de dagelijkse werkzaamheden werk je nauw samen met de Senior Marketeer. Wat ga je concreet doen? - Je maakt en bewerkt online en offline communicatiemiddelen vanuit bestaande ontwerpen, templates en briefings. - Je controleert bestanden, past deze waar nodig aan en zorgt dat materiaal technisch correct en volgens de juiste specificaties wordt aangeleverd. - Je coördineert DTP- en productieaanvragen, houdt overzicht over de planning en bewaakt deadlines. - Je bewaakt de huisstijl en kwaliteitsstandaarden van Carré en zorgt voor een consistente uitvoering van onze communicatiemiddelen. - Je schakelt zelfstandig met drukkerijen en andere productieleveranciers en ondersteunt collega's binnen Marketing en andere afdelingen bij DTP- en productievraagstukken.
