Vos responsabilités incluent :

  • Assurer l'accueil des enfants et animer des activités éducatives, créatives ou récréatives, en cohérence avec le projet pédagogique des structures d'accueil (APPS).
  • Créer un environnement calme, sécurisant et stimulant, favorable au bien-être et à l'épanouissement des enfants.
  • Accompagner les enfants durant leurs devoirs (étude non dirigée).
  • Maintenir une communication respectueuse et constructive avec les parents.
  • Participer activement aux réunions d'équipe animées par les responsables et les psychopédagogues.
  • Être disponible pour intervenir sur différents sites en fonction des besoins.
  • Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité.
  • Travailler dans le respect des règles déontologiques (vie privée, confidentialité, discrétion).
  • Utiliser l'application mobile dédiée pour assurer le suivi des présences, des mouvements, des informations médicales ou des autorisations de reprise.

Diplôme et expérience (au moins une des conditions suivantes) :

  • Diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur dans le domaine de l'éducation (éducateur ou équivalent).
  • OU diplôme de l'enseignement secondaire d'éducateur donnant accès à l'enseignement supérieur + minimum 1 an d'expérience dans le secteur (y compris stages rémunérés).
  • OU diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur dans un domaine pédagogique (autre qu'éducateur) + minimum 1 an d'expérience pertinente.
  • OU diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur dans un autre domaine + minimum 1 an d'expérience dans une structure d'accueil d'enfants.
  • OU diplôme secondaire dans un autre domaine + minimum 1 an d'expérience dans une structure d'accueil d'enfants.
  • OU absence de diplôme supérieur, mais minimum 8 années de formations et/ou d'expérience professionnelle pertinentes en tant qu'éducateur/trice.

Langues :

  • Bonne connaissance du français.
  • Connaissance élémentaire de l'anglais.
