Wij zijn op zoek naar een Duitstalige customer success medewerker om ons team te versterken. In deze rol speel je een cruciale rol in het begeleiden van onze Duitstalige klanten en het waarborgen van een soepele afhandeling van import- en exportzendingen over zee en door de lucht. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten in Duitsland, en zorgt ervoor dat zij optimaal gebruik kunnen maken van onze dienstverlening. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onboarden van nieuwe klanten, het beantwoorden van vragen en het oplossen van problemen. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met het sales- en developmentteam om klantfeedback te vertalen naar verbeteringen en nieuwe functionaliteiten.
