Wij zijn sinds 2019 onderdeel van Leading Hotels of the World – een brand waar natuurlijk gastheerschap centraal staat en wij alles willen doen om onze gasten te ontzorgen en een unieke ervaring te geven. FunctieomschrijvingDe Duty Management Trainee is een spin in het web voor alle afdelingen en is het eerste aanspreekpunt voor (hotel)gasten en collega's. Als Duty Management Trainee ga je proactief te werk en probeer je verschillende zaken zo goed mogelijk af te handelen. Je krijgt onder andere te maken met klachtafhandeling, oplossen van verschillende problemen en kwaliteitscontrole van de kamers en suites. Daarnaast ben je een échte ambassadeur van het hotel en ondersteun je verschillende afdelingen tijdens drukke momenten. Kortom een uitdagende stage! Het gehele jaar door verwelkomen wij trainees voor deze positie. Er is geen vaste instroom periode. Wel zijn de eisen dat de stage minimaal 4 maanden duurt en voor 5 dagen per week is.

Functie-eisen: Voornaamste taken en verantwoordelijkheden • Zorgdragen voor de beleving van de gasten die het hotel bezoeken en proactief gasten aanspreken tijdens het verblijf; • Zorgdragen voor de standaarden van belangrijke aankomsten en het herkennen van VIP-gasten op dagelijkse basis en de rest van het team hierop attenderen; • Een proactieve rol in het oplossen van problemen waarbij de gastte
