Duty Manager Print Verslag - Verkoper Verkoper info Omschrijving Wat ga je doen? Als Duty Manager ben je operationeel verantwoordelijk voor jouw klant Schiphol. Je geeft in de dagelijkse operatie direct leiding aan gemiddeld 15 teamleiders en indirect aan ca. 650 beveiligers. Het is daarbij jouw taak om ervoor te zorgen dat jouw medewerkers op de juiste plek zitten en betrekt ze bij de doelstellingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat zij zich mede verantwoordelijk voelen voor het goed verlopen en verbeteren van alle beveiligingswerkzaamheden bij de klant. Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor de uitbouw van de bestaande klant en omzet- en resultaatdoelstellingen van de branch en legt zowel op operationeel als op klant niveau verantwoording af aan jouw Branch Manager. Hierbij kom je met verbetervoorstellen over de beveiligingsmaatregelen. Indien jouw Branch Manager extra ondersteuning nodig heeft, ben jij diegene die dat geeft en vervang je hem wanneer nodig. Een uitdagende baan, met iedere dag nieuwe ontwikkelingen! Waar ben je goed in? Als leidinggevende van 15 teamleiders en ca. 650 beveiligers, is het belangrijk dat je overzicht kan houden. Daarom zoeken we een leidinggevende die geen stress kent en in elk probleem een uitdaging ziet! Het communiceren met verschillende partijen moet je op het lijf geschreven staan omdat je de schakel bent tussen de externe klant, je Branch Manager, mede Duty Managers, jouw Teamleiders en Beveiligers. Securitas match - HBO'er of een afgeronde MBO 4 commerciële/ bedrijfsmatige opleiding - Diploma Beveiliger 2 in de pocket, met eventueel Coördinator C erbij (of bereid dit te halen) - Bekend zijn met LEAN Six Sigma is een pre - BHV en/of EHBO certificaat is een pre - Een resultaatgerichte aanpak, waarin je doelstellingen najaagt - Minimaal 2 jaar leidinggevende ervaring (aan grote groepen en verschillende lagen) - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift - Rijb...
