Wil je graag bijdrage aan het opstarten van een nieuwe afdeling binnen dit restauratie en renovatie bedrijf (Verduurzamen Monumenten)? Duurzaamheid speelt een steeds belangrijkere rol in onze maatschappij. Binnen deze functie als (Junior) Adviseur Duurzaamheid zorg je dat je direct maatschappelijke impact maakt. Samen met je collega's adviseer je klanten met betrekking tot het verduurzamen van monumentale panden. Stap voor stap maak je een aanpak en werk je deze uit. Ga op pad naar de historische panden en maak impact! De adviezen maak je haalbaar, inzichtelijk. Op de de financiële en energetische effecten van de verduurzaamheids- maatregelen. Daarna begeleiden je samen met je team het verdere proces van vergunning- en subsidieaanvraag, daadwerkelijke uitvoering en nazorg. Een functie met veel vrijheid en waar jouw kennis en expertise noodzakelijk is! Interesse? Mijn enthousiasme voor deze functie wil ik graag aan je overbrengen! Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Interesse voor verduurzaming - Affiniteit voor monumentale panden - Afgeronde Hbo-opleiding met een relevant profiel, zoals bouwkunde en/of installatietechniek en interesse om of bouwkundig of installatie technisch bij te leren Functieoverzicht . Opleidingsniveau HBO Aanbod: - - Een marktconform salaris, wat is gebaseerd op jouw kennis en kunde maar zeker tussen de €2700,- en €3500,- bruto per maand. - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de bouw cao. Je wordt tevens voorzien van een leaseauto of mobiliteitsbudget, laptop en telefoon. - Werken aan landelijke restauratie, renovatie of transformatieprojecten met een gedreven team van vaklieden. - Een onwijs gaaf monumentaal kantoor met fijne werkplekken.
