Om dat te kunnen doen zijn we op zoek naar een duurzaamheidscoördinator Wil jij duurzaamheid verder brengen binnen een organisatie waar producten, mensen en processen elke dag in beweging zijn? In deze rol help jij Royal Fassin om duurzaamheidsambities concreet te maken, vast te leggen, te monitoren én samen met collega's uit te voeren. Jij zorgt dat we blijven verbeteren op het gebied van milieu-impact, social en governance. Voor onze stafafdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een duurzaamheidscoördinator die duurzaamheidsbeleid vertaalt naar concrete plannen, projecten en resultaten. Wat ga jij doen? Als duurzaamheidscoördinator geef je richting aan de duurzaamheidsambities van Royal Fassin. Je ontwikkelt, borgt, monitort en draagt het duurzaamheidsbeleid uit binnen de organisatie. Daarbij werk je samen met directie, management, interne afdelingen, medewerkers, klanten, leveranciers en externe partijen die een rol spelen in onze verduurzaming. Je rapporteert aan de directeur innovatie en duurzaamheid. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor: - Leiden van projecten en deelprojecten op het gebied van duurzaamheid, waaronder environment, social en governance. - Coördineren, prioriteren en controleren van activiteiten die bijdragen aan onze duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen. - Bewaken van processen, voortgang en oplevering van projecten, inclusief communicatie en rapportage. - Adviseren van directie en management over beleidsdoelstellingen, haalbaarheid van plannen en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van duurzaamheid. - Ontwikkelen, uitleggen en uitdragen van het duurzaamheidsbeleid binnen de organisatie. - Vertalen van duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen naar concrete actieplannen, afspraken en templates. - Inzichtelijk maken van klant-, markt- en wettelijke duurzaamheidseisen en deze vertalen naar acties met betrokken disciplines. - Verzamelen en vastleggen van gegevens en opstellen van rapportages over ...
