Wil jij duurzaamheid tastbaar maken binnen indrukwekkende infrastructuurprojecten?

Ben je geboeid door duurzaamheid en wil je meewerken aan projecten die een zichtbare impact hebben op de omgeving van morgen? Zoek je een functie waarin je strategie en praktijk combineert, stakeholders samenbrengt en duurzame ambities omzet in concrete resultaten?

Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen de infrastructuur- en bouwsector zijn wij op zoek naar een Duurzaamheidscoördinator. In deze rol krijg je de kans om duurzaamheid verder te verankeren binnen de organisatie en mee vorm te geven aan thema's zoals CO₂-reductie, circulariteit, biodiversiteit en duurzaam ondernemen.

Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen en ondersteunt zowel operationele teams als management bij het realiseren van ambitieuze duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Structuur aanbrengen in het duurzaamheidsbeleid.
  • Duurzaamheidsdata verzamelen, analyseren en rapporteren.
  • Duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen en reductieplannen opvolgen.
  • Ondersteunen bij audits en certificeringen zoals CO₂-Prestatieladder, BREEAM en DNSH.
  • Wetgeving en normen vertalen naar praktische toepassingen.
  • Management en interne stakeholders adviseren rond duurzaamheid.
  • Opleidingen en sensibiliseringsacties ondersteunen.
  • Duurzaamheid verder integreren binnen processen en projecten.
  • Het Voka Charter Duurzaam Ondernemen verder uitwerken en helpen verankeren binnen de organisatie.
  • De organisatie vertegenwoordigen binnen relevante duurzaamheidsnetwerken.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt interesse in duurzaamheid, ESG en milieuthema's.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdenkniveau of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je werkt analytisch, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet mensen mee te nemen in verandering.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief.
  • Ervaring met duurzaamheid, ESG, milieu, compliance of projectopvolging is een plus.
  • Kennis van CO₂-reductie, LCA, BREEAM, DNSH of circulair bouwen is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands. Kennis van Engels en/of Frans is een meerwaarde.
