In deze functie wordt je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, optimaliseren en implementeren van schaalbare, robuuste en toekomstbestendige oplossingen binnen het Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform. Met je diepgaande ontwikkelervaring en architectuurkennis geef je leiding aan het technisch ontwerp, begeleid je ontwikkelteams en zorg je voor een optimale aansluiting op de businessbehoeften van de organisatie. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het vertalen van complexe functionele eisen naar technische oplossingen en het waarborgen van de kwaliteit, prestaties en beveiliging van de Dynamics 365 CE omgeving. De werkzaamheden Architectuur & Ontwerp Ontwerpen en documenteren van technische oplossingen, datamodellen, integraties en extensies binnen Dynamics 365 CE. Technisch Leiderschap Adviseren en begeleiden van ontwikkelteams, functioneel beheerders en stakeholders over best practices, prestatie-optimalisatie en schaalbaarheid. Ontwikkeling & Customization Hands-on bijdragen aan complexe ontwikkeltaken (plug-ins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate, Azure integraties). Integraties Ontwerpen en begeleiden van integraties met andere systemen (bv. Power Platform, Azure, legacy systemen). Kwaliteit & Beveiliging Zorgen voor naleving van architectuurprincipes, beveiligingsrichtlijnen en compliance-eisen. Roadmap & Innovatie Bijdragen aan de lange termijn visie en roadmap voor Dynamics 365 CE binnen UWV, met oog voor nieuwe functionaliteiten en technologieën. Stakeholder Management Vertalen van businessbehoeften naar technische oplossingen en communiceren met zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders.
