Deze sterke groeiende digital organisatie begeleidt haar klanten bij het optimaliseren en digitaliseren van hun commerciële en klantgerichte processen met Dynamics CRM. Technologie vormt een belangrijke factor, maar de organisatie vertrekt bewust vanuit de business. Eerst begrijpen hoe de processen vandaag verlopen, waar klanten tegenaan lopen en welke verandering nodig is; daarna pas bepalen oplossing het best aansluit. Ze zijn voornamelijk actief in de pharma, manufacturing & retail. Ze kijken naar versterking, puur ter uitbreiding.

Jobomschrijving

In deze rol vorm je de brug tussen business en technologie. Je organiseert workshops, spreekt met stakeholders uit verschillende lagen van de organisatie en brengt vervolgen processen, behoeften en pijnpunten helder in kaart. Daarbij kijk je verder dan wat een klant letterlijk vraagt en probeer je de achterliggende businessdoelstellingen te begrijpen. Vanuit die analyse werk je oplossingsrichtingen, procesflows, requirements en oplossing-roadmaps uit. Je blijft gedurende het volledige project nauw betrokken en bewaakt dat jouw businessbehoeften correct vertaald worden naar de uiteindelijke oplossing. Je schakelt vlot met management, key users, IT-teams en jouw technische collega's en zorgt ervoor dat verschillende belangen op één lijn komen. Een groot deel van de samenwerking verloopt via digitale meetings, waardoor je klanten bijna altijd vanop afstand begeleidt. Afhankelijk van je ervaring en ambitie kan je bovendien een trekkende rol opnemen binnen projecten of kleinere teams begeleiden. People management is echter geen vereiste.

  • Bachelor of Masterdiploma
  • Sterke ervaring als Business Analyst of gelijkaardig
  • Kennis van Dynamics CRM
  • Ervaring in pharma, manufacturing of retail
  • Je werkt in het Nederlands en het Engels
