Som skyddsvakt på Ringhals blir du en del av ett team som arbetar för säkerheten och tryggheten i en samhällskritisk verksamhet. Gruppen Operativ bevakning leder och utför bevakningsuppdrag på Ringhals. Vi söker nu Skyddsvakter! Om jobbet Din vardag ser olika ut från dag till dag. Huvuduppgiften är att aktivt förebygga och hantera situationer som kan uppstå. Mycket problemlösning förekommer, såväl på egen hand som tillsammans med ditt skiftlag. Rollen kräver att du är trygg i din auktoritet, har god social kompetens och kan kommunicera tydligt. Du behöver kunna sätta gränser, agera snabbt när det behövs och alltid uppträda professionellt - både mot kollegor, personal på skyddsobjektet och personer invid skyddsobjektet. Arbetet är skiftgång, vilket innebär varierande arbetstider och ett dynamiskt arbetsupplägg. Kvalifikationer Om dig Som skyddsvakt är du en nyckelperson för att upprätthålla trygghet och säkerhet i en kritisk miljö. Du agerar både som förebild och som en del av ett starkt team där samarbete och ansvar är centralt. Eftersom du bär vapen i tjänst är du väl införstådd med vad det betyder och har hög personlig mognad. Att vara skyddsvakt ställer också krav på fysisk förmåga - du förväntas bl.a. kunna springa ifatt och hålla fast obehöriga eller misstänkta personer. Vid större händelse/arbete intar du en arbetsledande roll. För att vara aktuell för tjänsten behöver du ha fullständig gymnasieutbildning. Erfarenhet som ordningsvakt, väktare, polis, skyddsvakt eller militär är meriterande, liksom bakgrund inom bevakningsbranschen. Ledarerfarenhet är ett plus.
