Functie Voor hun webshop zijn we op zoek naar een E-commerce Manager. Het is meer dan een verkoopkanaal maar hun digitale flagship store. De plek waar klanten, soms voor het eerst, kennismaken met het merk, zich laten inspireren en uiteindelijk verliefd worden op de collecties. Wegens uitbreiding van het team zoeken zij een E-commerce - Webshop Manager. Iemand die energie krijgt van optimaliseren, analyseren, creëren en verbeteren. Iemand die kansen ziet voordat anderen ze zien en iedere dag op zoek is naar manieren om de online klantbeleving naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Wat ga je doen? Jij bent eigenaar van de webshop. Webshop & online merchandising Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks beheer en de uitstraling van de webshop. Je zorgt dat nieuwe collecties, producten en campagnes sterk worden gepresenteerd en bewaakt een optimale customer journey. Je signaleert verbeterpunten en zorgt dat de webshop continu wordt geoptimaliseerd. E-commerce groei & conversie Je stuurt op omzet, conversie en gemiddelde orderwaarde. Je analyseert klantgedrag en webshopprestaties, ontdekt commerciële kansen en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteringen. Denk aan funneloptimalisatie, A/B-tests en conversie-optimalisatie. SEO, content & merkbeleving Samen met het creatieve contentteam en online marketingbureau zorg je voor sterke en vindbare content. Je benut SEO-tools en AI-oplossingen en optimaliseert onder andere productteksten, categoriepagina's en meta-data.
