Daarom zoeken we een E-commerce Manager die niet alleen onze online strategie bepaalt, maar ook leiding geeft aan het marketingteam dat deze strategie iedere dag tot leven brengt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de verdere groei van onze internationale webshops, de online zichtbaarheid van ons merk en de ontwikkeling van jouw team. Je ziet kansen, maakt keuzes op basis van data en zorgt ervoor dat plannen ook daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd. Samen bouwen we aan één duidelijke ambitie: de grootste en beste online hijs- en hefwinkel van Europa. - Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan het marketingteam. - Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt de internationale e-commerce strategie. - Je vertaalt de bedrijfsdoelstellingen naar duidelijke KPI's, jaarplannen en roadmaps. - Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de performance van onze internationale webshops. - Je stuurt op omzetgroei, conversie, online zichtbaarheid en klantbeleving. - Je analyseert data en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete verbeteringen. - Je bewaakt de online merkbeleving over alle digitale kanalen. - Je coacht en ontwikkelt de medewerkers binnen het marketingteam. - Je bepaalt samen met het team de prioriteiten voor nieuwe projecten en optimalisaties. - Je werkt nauw samen met directie, sales, IT en andere afdelingen om de online groei verder te versnellen. - Je signaleert nieuwe kansen en vertaalt deze naar succesvolle online initiatieven.
