Wij zijn een club van doeners die de zwembad-, wellness- en tuinluxemarkt in Europa aan het veroveren is, en dat tempo voel je terug in alles wat we doen. De manier waarop klanten online kopen verandert. Steeds vaker laten ze een AI-agent zoeken, vergelijken en voorselecteren, en de bekende funnel (zoeken, klikken, afhaken) past daar niet meer bij. Jij bent de marketeer die dat voor Toppy vertaalt: hoe worden we gevonden, gekozen en vertrouwd, door mensen én door hun agents? En hoe zorgen we dat de klant daarna ook echt bij ons koopt? Daarbij werk je zelf met AI-agents die je werk versnellen. Jij voert de regie: je monitort wat ze opleveren, stuurt bij en beoordeelt kritisch of hun voorstellen kloppen. Een dag uit jouw leven Je dag begint met koffie en dashboards. Eén productgroep op Toppy.nl presteert opeens minder dan verwacht. In plaats van het te laten liggen tot het volgende overleg, duik je erin. Je ziet dat klanten er vaak afhaken, en je bedenkt waarom. Daarna open je de gesprekken die klanten, en steeds vaker ook hun agents, met onze webshop voeren. Eén vraag komt telkens terug: een eigenschap van een product die op de pagina ontbreekt. Je past de content aan, laat een van je AI-agents de andere pagina's in die categorie doorlopen, beoordeelt wat hij voorstelt, stuurt hem op een detail bij en zet het live. Over een paar dagen meet je wat het oplevert. Na de lunch (de beste ideeën ontstaan nu eenmaal met een gevulde maag ) test je hoe Toppy verschijnt wanneer iemand een AI-assistent vraagt naar de beste hottub voor een kleine tuin.
