We zoeken een enthousiaste e-commerce medewerker voor 32 tot 38 uur per week in Soesterberg. Je gebruikt jouw slimme ideeën en je oog voor cijfers om van onze lenzen, brillen en accessoires echte hardlopers te maken. Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit? - Inhoud van de shop verzorgen: Je zorgt dat alle informatie, van productfoto's tot prijs klopt en netjes in de backend staat. - De site slim indelen: Je bouwt aan een heldere indeling met handige filters, zodat winkelen op onze site een eitje is. - Kijken wat werkt: Je gebruikt data uit slimme programma's om te zien wat goed verkoopt en waar we nog klanten verliezen. - Samen acties lanceren: Met het marketingteam zorg je dat alle nieuwe spullen en speciale promoties in de spotlights staan. - Kwaliteit bewaken: Je pakt moeilijke klantvragen op en verzint oplossingen om het aantal retourzendingen omlaag te krijgen.
