Claessens Vers Groothandel is een onafhankelijke groothandel gespecialiseerd in groenten, fruit en verse producten voor de professionele markt. Dagelijks beleveren we meer dan 1000 klanten, van lokale bistro's tot gerenommeerde sterrenzaken. Service, flexibiliteit en kwaliteit vormen daarbij de rode draad. Met meer dan 250 medewerkers, meerdere vestigingen in Vlaanderen en een omzet van ruim €65 miljoen zijn we uitgegroeid tot een van de belangrijkste onafhankelijke spelers in onze sector. De voorbije jaren kenden we een sterke groei en ook de komende jaren staan verdere investeringen, uitbreidingen en nieuwe vestigingen op de planning. Onze omgeving draait 24/7. Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde. We bewegen mee met het weer, de seizoenen, het verkeer, de marktomstandigheden en vooral met de verwachtingen van onze klanten. Wat ga je doen?

Als E-Commerce Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw van de online verkoop. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten niet alleen onze producten online kunnen bestellen, maar ook digitaal de juiste informatie, inspiratie en aanbiedingen vinden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je volgt de online verkoop en webshop dagelijks op en zoekt actief naar manieren om de verkoop te stimuleren;
  • Je zet acties, aanbiedingen en commerciële campagnes op en denkt na over gepersonaliseerde communicatie richting de klant;
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de webshop steeds actueel en commercieel aantrekkelijk is;
  • Je speelt in op seizoenen, weeksuggesties, productwissels en actuele aanbiedingen;
  • Je volgt de markt en zoekt voortdurend naar mogelijkheden om het digitale verkoopkanaal verder te optimaliseren.

Je krijgt hierbij veel ruimte voor initiatief en de kans om de verdere ontwikkeling van de webshop mee vorm te geven.

  • Je hebt een commerciële mindset;
  • Je hebt interesse in e-commerce, digitale verkoop en online klantcommunicatie;
  • Je bent datagedreven en weet informatie om te zetten in concrete acties;
  • Je bent hands-on en krijgt energie van je creatieve ideeën ook daadwerkelijk uit te werken en op te volgen;
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen projecten;
  • Je bent proactief en ziet opportuniteiten om de webshop te optimaliseren;
  • Je hebt voeling met de producten van Groothandel Claessens en weet goed in te spelen op seizoenen, aanbiedingen en een wisselend assortiment.
