Voor een sterk groeiende internationale organisatie zoeken we een E-commerce Specialist (m/v/x) die vanuit België mee de digitale groei op de Belgische markt bepaalt.

Jij wordt dé lokale expert: je weet wat er leeft bij Belgische klanten, spot opportuniteiten en zorgt ervoor dat goede ideeën ook daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd.

Jouw impact

Je krijgt geen afgelijnd takenpakket waarin je alleen uitvoert wat anderen bedenken. Jij kijkt, analyseert, adviseert én zet in beweging.

Taken:

  • Analyseert de Belgische markt, klantbehoeften en concurrentie en vertaalt inzichten naar commerciële kansen.
  • Denkt mee over de lokale e-commerce strategie, propositie, content en assortiment.
  • Duikt in data via GA4 en andere e-commerce tools en vertaalt cijfers naar concrete acties.
  • Spot kansen binnen SEO, CRO en UX en werkt samen met gespecialiseerde collega's om verbeteringen door te voeren.
  • Beoordeelt campagnes en content vanuit het perspectief van de Belgische klant.
  • Zorgt ervoor dat de webshop commercieel sterk én lokaal relevant is.
  • Werkt samen met marketing, category management, content, data en development.
  • Houdt de vinger aan de pols van de Belgische e-commerce- en retailmarkt.
  • Bent hét inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met de Belgische markt te maken heeft.

Geen manager, wél ownership

Je werkt nauw samen met collega's in Nederland en rapporteert aan de Head of Digital Commerce. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om zelf prioriteiten te bepalen en kansen op de agenda te zetten.

Je hoeft dus geen team aan te sturen om impact te hebben. Jouw kennis, initiatief en commerciële inzicht maken het verschil.

Vandaag ben je de allround e-commerce specialist voor België. Morgen kan je mee aan de basis staan van een groter lokaal team wanneer de Belgische activiteiten verder groeien.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die denkt: "Ik zie het probleem én ik weet wat we eraan kunnen doen."

Je hebt:

  • Uitgebreide ervaring binnen e-commerce, digital marketing of online retail.
  • Ervaring binnen een commerciële B2C- of e-commerceomgeving.
  • Een sterke analytische en commerciële mindset.
  • Affiniteit met data, SEO, CRO, UX en digitale marketing.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit: je denkt niet alleen mee, je brengt ook zaken in beweging.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig prioriteiten te bepalen en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
  • Een goed gevoel voor de Belgische/Vlaamse consument.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en werkt graag samen met verschillende teams.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands. Frans is een mooie extra.
  • Een gezonde dosis nieuwsgierigheid, ondernemerschap en ambitie.
