Tussen producten uit Azië en Afrika, internationale klanten en groeiende online verkoopkanalen zorg jij ervoor dat marketplaces zoals Amazon en bol.com commercieel én operationeel sterk presteren. Als E-commerce Specialist Marketplace in Kampen combineer je data-analyse met dagelijkse uitvoering. Je beheert de Amazon- en bol.com-accounts, optimaliseert listings, content, voorraad, pricing en campagnes en houdt grip op KPI's zoals omzet, conversie, marge, ROI, Buy Box performance en klantbeoordelingen. Je signaleert commerciële kansen, lost operationele knelpunten op en vertaalt data naar concrete verbeteracties. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met marketing, inkoop, logistiek en management. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als E-commerce Specialist Marketplace: - Beheren en optimaliseren van Amazon- en bol.com-accounts - Uitvoeren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen Amazon, zoals listings, content, voorraad, pricing en account performance - Monitoren en verbeteren van KPI's zoals omzet, conversie, marge, voorraadniveau, Buy Box performance en klantbeoordelingen - Analyseren van verkoopdata en rapportages in Excel en marketplace-tools en vertalen naar commerciële verbeteracties - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten rondom assortiment, voorraad en logistieke processen - Samenwerken met inkoop en logistiek om voorraadbeschikbaarheid en processen te verbeteren - Optimaliseren van productcontent, assortimenten, campagnes, marges en pricing op basis van data en marktontwikkelingen - Uitvoeren en analyseren van Amazon-campagnes en co-op activiteiten én meedenken over de marketplace strategie De opdrachtgever Asia Express Food is onderdeel van de Brouwer Groep en gevestigd in Kampen. De organisatie importeert A-merken uit Azië en Afrika en levert deze door heel Europa aan etnische winkels, retailers, horecagroothand...
