Als E&I Engineer beheer en ontwerp je elektrische installaties, instrumentatie en energiesystemen bij een industrieel bedrijf met eigen fabrieken. Je werkt zelfstandig aan onderhoud, storingen en optimalisatie en draagt bij aan de verduurzaming van processen. Je werkt op meerdere locaties, met het zwaartepunt in Amsterdam en Lelystad. Functie-inhoud - Adviseer Operations over het gebruik en correctief en preventief onderhoud van E&I-installaties. - Plan elektrotechnische installatie-, reparatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden en coördineer uitbesteding en uitvoering. - Ontwikkel technische E&I-kennis met leveranciers en stel serviceovereenkomsten (SLA’s) op. - Signaleer optimalisatiemogelijkheden en stel storingen in PLC’s en E&I-installaties vast en verhelp deze. - Borg als installatieverantwoordelijke in spe de veilige staat van elektrische installaties op alle locaties. - Leid multidisciplinaire renovatie- en nieuwbouwprojecten en stuur aannemers aan. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek of Meet- en Regeltechniek. - Je hebt ongeveer vijf jaar relevante werkervaring in een procesomgeving. - Je kent instrumentatie en relevante regelgeving, waaronder de Machinerichtlijn, NEN 1010 en NEN 3140. - Je hebt ervaring met logistieke processen en kennis van PLC- en SCADA-besturingssystemen. - Je communiceert uitstekend in het Nederlands. - Je hebt rijbewijs B en bent bereid naar verschillende locaties te reizen, vooral Amsterdam en Lelystad. - Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband en bent leergierig en proactief. Aanbod - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week op detavastbasis. - Een salaris met een aanvullend secundair arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket. - Veel zelfstandigheid als aanspreekpunt voor E&I-vraagstukken. - Samenwerking met procestechnologen en engineers in mechanical, maintenance en proces- en projectengineering. - Projectverdeling op basis van je capaciteiten, interesses en beschikbaarheid. - Ruimte om te leren via uiteen.
