The posting

Voor een internationaal ingenieurs- en adviesbureau zijn we op zoek naar een E&I Engineer. De organisatie begeleidt industriële klanten bij complexe technische projecten en combineert expertise binnen onder andere procestechniek, elektromechanica, gebouwen en industriële installaties.

De projecten situeren zich voornamelijk binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie en aanverwante procesomgevingen. Daarbij wordt sterk ingezet op efficiënte, betrouwbare en toekomstgerichte productieprocessen.

Je komt terecht in een multidisciplinaire omgeving waarin verschillende engineeringdisciplines nauw samenwerken en waar je betrokken wordt bij projecten vanaf het eerste concept tot de uiteindelijke realisatie.

Functieomschrijving Als E&I Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het elektrische en instrumentatieluik binnen uiteenlopende industriële projecten.

Je wordt al in een vroege projectfase betrokken en ondersteunt klanten bij het maken van technische keuzes en eerste budgetinschattingen. Vervolgens werk je de gekozen oplossingen verder uit en blijf je betrokken tijdens de uitvoering en oplevering.

Concreet:

  • Analyseer je bestaande elektrische installaties en breng je de technische behoeften van de klant in kaart.
  • Werk je concepten uit rond elektriciteitsdistributie, bekabeling, elektrische borden en instrumentatie.
  • Lees en interpreteer je P&ID's en elektrische schema's en vertaal je deze naar de nodige technische informatie.
  • Stel je technische lijsten en documentatie op rond onder andere motoren, equipment, I/O en instrumentatie.
  • Werk je technische specificaties, functionele beschrijvingen en lastenboeken uit.
  • Denk je mee over technische oplossingen en adviseer je klanten bij de keuze van systemen en componenten.
  • Stem je af met collega's uit andere engineeringdisciplines, leveranciers en externe partners.
  • Volg je de technische uitvoering van projecten op en bewaak je binnen jouw scope de planning, kwaliteit en het budget.
  • Begeleid je testen en de inbedrijfstelling van installaties en ondersteun je waar nodig tijdens FAT en SAT.

Automatisatie kan ook onderdeel uitmaken van de projecten. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan PLC/HMI, communicatienetwerken en de interactie tussen elektrische installaties en besturingssystemen. Je hoeft hiervoor geen gespecialiseerde PLC-programmeur te zijn: een goede technische basis en interesse in automatisatie zijn voldoende We zoeken een technisch sterk profiel dat graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en interesse heeft in het volledige elektrische en instrumentatieluik van industriële projecten.

Idealiter beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor of master in Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Relevante ervaring binnen industriële elektriciteit en/of instrumentatie.
  • Een goede kennis van elektrische installaties, distributie en bekabeling.
  • Ervaring met of kennis van industriële instrumentatie.
  • Het vermogen om P&ID's en elektrische schema's te lezen en interpreteren.
  • Interesse in industriële automatisatie; diepgaande PLC-programmeerkennis is geen vereiste.
  • Een analytische en oplossingsgerichte manier van werken.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en tegelijkertijd goed af te stemmen met andere technische disciplines.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden voor contacten met klanten, collega's, leveranciers en externe partners.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands.

Ervaring binnen de voedingsmiddelen- of procesindustrie is mooi meegenomen.
